Employed as a part of the UX team to work with Product Managers to gather and define requirements for the new features in a very fast-paced B2B environment. In this process, the task involved performing user research for UX design purposes and designing solutions using appropriate tools like wireframes, interaction flows, user stories, screen specs, personas, scenarios, storyboards, task flows, service blueprint, point of view documents, etc.
